Your Membership:

- All training packages are Monthly Subscriptions rather than number of sessions. Payments will be automated to the same date each month.

- Your package has a number of sessions each week (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5), but not a total number of sessions – your package continues to roll over month-to-month. (E.g – if you do 2 sessions per week, it’s not “8 sessions per month”; instead you continue to do 2 sessions each week, and the payment is automatically billed on your billing date. Meaning some months will have more sessions than other months.)

- Membership includes your 1-2-1 training sessions, and access to a “Member’s Area” – where you will find workout plans, nutrition guides and exercise videos to follow

“What happens if I (client) am on Holiday or sick?”

- Sickness happens and is unavoidable. Holidays are an opportunity to rest and relax. You will not be penalised for either of these things and your sessions will be still be valid, and can be used in the weeks after your break. For example, if you do 2 sessions a week, but are away/sick for a week – you have the opportunity to use those sessions in the weeks surrounding your holiday/sickness, or roll them over into the next month, but your subscription will remain active as usual, and your payment will still be made on your selected payment date.
In this example, you are away for a week – the two weeks afterwards you may do 3 sessions in a week, or use them in the following month.
- If you are away travelling or are away for more than 3 weeks, you will have the option to freeze your membership until your return. Please note - This option will only be available if you are away 3 weeks or longer.

“What happens if Paul is on Holiday or sick?”

- If I have holidays booked, you will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity via email, text, in person, and via the membership site. Your sessions for that period of time will roll over the same way as if you are away.

For example, if you do 2 sessions a week and I am away for a week, those two sessions can be used in the weeks around the holiday, or rolled over into the next month, but your subscription will remain active as usual, and your payment will still be made on your selected payment date.
- I pride myself on being the man of steel, but in the event I am sick (man-flu), you will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity via email, text, in person and via the membership site. Your sessions will of course be valid and roll over into the following weeks or month.

Session Cancellation Policy:

- Whilst your sessions are valid in the event of illness/holiday, I do ask that you can give as much notice as possible of a session cancellation. Please aim for more than 12 hours notice of session cancellation

Cancelling Your Membership:

- If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do at anytime.
- If you cancel, your membership will continue up till the end of your payment period. For example, if your billing date is the 27th, but you cancel your membership before this date – your log-in details & sessions will remain active up till the 26th.

Refunds Policy:

- As you able to cancel your membership at anytime, and are not tied down into a contract; we run a no refunds policy. Once a payment has been made, there can be no refund made.
- Your membership will remain active and you will be billed on your billing date each month, unless you cancel it. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do at anytime
